What are the advantages of choosing bespoke jewellery?
The W&W experience offers the personal touch to fine jewellery. Designing your own piece, with our expertise, allows you to have complete flexibility and design influence throughout the bespoke process. W&W pride themselves on providing uncompromising British craftsmanship using only the highest quality gemstone and precious metals, produced form their UK based workshops - far better than jewellery mass produced for the high street.
How long will it take to make my piece?
We anticipate that it will take 4-6 weeks to make any item of jewellery however if you have an earlier deadline we will always aim to meet it.
Can you replicate the design of a piece from a picture?
Absolutely, it is something that we do often.
Can we choose our own diamond or gemstone?
Definitely, we can source a comprehensive selection of diamonds for you to choose from that cover all the 'four C's' - Carat, Colour, Clarity and Cut.
Where do your diamonds and gemstones come from?
We can guarantee all our diamonds are conflict free, and sourced through trusted and legitimate dealerships. Our gemstones come from a variety of different locations, and we can work to find diamonds and gemstones from a chosen origin.
If we source our own diamond or gemstone will you set it?
Yes, we would be more than happy to.
Can you remodel existing jewellery?
Yes, we pride ourselves on our ability to turn old or unused jewellery into something brilliant and wearable.
Do you do jewellery valuations?
Certainly, we offer jewellery valuations for £50.
Do you handle ring resizing?
Yes, we have our own goldsmith that will ensure that your ring is treated with the upmost care when left with us.
Can you organise engraving?
Yes, our engraver has a lifetime's worth of experience with engraving many different styles.
Does W&W have an actual shop?
Instead of having a traditional storefront, W&W operate from their consultation studio in Battersea. Due to our bespoke nature W&W do not carry a stock, which means we can offer extremely competitive prices, and a vast variety and design possibilities.
Where can we meet?
We are very flexible, you can either make an appointment to visit us at our studio in Battersea or we will happily travel to visit you at home or your place of work.
Is there a charge for appointments?
No, we are always happy to meet and discuss any jewellery related inquiry.
When and how do I pay?
We collect a 25% deposit when designs have been finalised and the piece is ready for production. Full payment is due on collection or before we deliver. You can pay by card, cheque or BACS transfer.
